Here is another typical Lenny release. It’s amazing how he manages to keep doing the same stuff over and over again throughout the years and yet keeps his music interesting and refreshing to ears. At least to my ears.

“It Is Time For a Love Revolution” is a great successor to all of his previous albums. “Love Revolution” and “Bring It On” are powerful openers. “I’ll Be Waiting”, “This Moment Is All There Is” and “A New Door” are truly the ballads that a Lenny’s record couldn’t miss. “Dancin’ Till Dawn” has a beautiful saxophone solo in the very end. Lyrically speaking, it seems that “A Long and Sad Goodbye”, “I Want To Go Home” and “Uncharted Terrain” (this last one available on iTunes only, apparently) are about personal issues.
